War

Charges an enemy dealing 200%/1,000%/10,000% damage on impact around the target.

Gives extra 20% damage to the attacks of nearby friendly units.

Gives a 25% chance that an attack will deal 500%/1,500%/4,000% damage to nearby units.

Unleash Rage slamming the ground, dealing 4,000%/15,000% damage.

Regenerate 25% HP and gain 25% increased damage, and gain 50%  damage reduction for 14 seconds.

Attacking an enemy makes them bleed for 1,500% damage per second, for 4 seconds

Perform a deadly technique slashing all enemies nearby for 7,500% damage per second, for 4 seconds.  While cyclone is active, War can still use all other skills and attacks.

For every 1% of HP missing, increase damage dealt and damage reduction by 4%, up to 80%.

Increases damage, attack speed and movement speed by 25%.  If HP is under 35%, War rampages dealing 35% more damage and regenerates 2% HP on hit.  Also generates 15 rage.
